Cancellations

• Cancellations can be requested within 1–2 days of placing an order.
• If the materials have already been processed or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.
• We do not accept cancellations for digital or downloadable items once accessed or delivered.

Refunds and Replacements

• Refunds may be considered only in cases of defective, inaccessible, or incorrect resources.
• Issues must be reported to our customer service team within 1–2 days of receiving or accessing the resource.
• Refunds will be processed within 1–2 working days of approval and will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

• Digital downloads, once accessed, are generally non-refundable unless proven faulty.
• Resources marked as final sale or promotional/free content are not eligible for refunds.
